1. Select Document Type
Navigate to the homepage and select the generator you need: Receipt, Invoice, or Purchase Order (PR/PO). Each template is pre-configured with industry-standard structures.

2. Populate Fields & Logo
Enter your billing details, add customer information, and populate the dynamic item grid. Add, edit, or remove line items. Calculations adjust in real-time. You can also upload a logo to style your header.

3. Choose Export Format
Select your preferred format: Download a vector PDF for print, export a spreadsheet Excel (.xlsx) file for record-keeping, or export a static JPG image for easy messaging.
